My husband and I reached out to HGI Remodeling in April 2021. We asked them to help us with our kitchen remodeling and with Nanoo’s help, we were able to design it how we wanted. Nanoo was valuable when we had questions and was quick to offer advice from his experiences. HGI Remodeling’s Design service was not available at that time, so I made the design decisions. I chose the finishes and did most of the shopping myself. Nanoo did have supplier connections that he used often and we purchased a couple of big-ticket items from those sellers. Once the kitchen got started on, we added to the work scope and asked HGI Remodeling to help replace the flooring, baseboards, paint the wall of our main spaces with a fresh new color, and redo the fireplace. They took it all in stride! HGI Remodeling’s employees and subcontractors were also very professional when they came in to do the demo, install structural beam, rejig the plumbing, & assemble/build cabinetry. The whole job finished in August 2021, and we still enjoy our space! Nanoo is communicative, personable, and made sure we were satisfied with the outcome. We will consider HGI Remodeling again for future remodeling needs!

From the first meeting, we knew we would be using HGI. They worked and priced a detailed design for our kitchen, breakfast area, butler’s pantry, and utility room. Their approach was superior to each of the other folks we talked with. They brought in a professional engineer to ensure we could make the modifications we wanted in opening up our floor plan. They helped us work design issues, advised us on color and material selection, and came with us as we made major purchases. Most importantly, they demonstrated real concern the whole way through that we would be satisfied with the finished work, and we certainly were. They earned our thanks, and our trust. We would definitely use them again for future projects!

We used Nanoo to help with a backyard redo which consisted of taking out an old pool and installing a new pool(pool company did new pool.) Laying extensive patio and new driveway. Tiling back patio and installing a new outdoor kitchen under a new roof extension. My only negative comment is that this project took about 6 months longer than expected. In the end it turned out very nice and Nanoo and his people were very nice to work with. Nanoo is very creative and can offer good suggestions for your project.

We had our kitchen remodeled by Nanoo with HGI several years ago. He did a wonderful job. He was reasonably priced and dependable. Later we had our downstairs bedroom and bathroom suite updated. He tore out the old cabinets and replaced them with modern free standing units. We had the carpet replaced with laminate and the walls and ceilings painted. It is like being in a high end vacation suite. There was no doubt in our mind that when it came time to update the entire upstairs that we would use Nanoo’s services again. We planned a cruise so we gave him access to our home while we were gone. We came home to a beautiful new bathroom in the upstairs master. The old worn carpeting was replaced with laminate and a fresh coat of paint for cabinets, walls and ceilings completely changed our dowdy upstairs into a haven where we can proudly host our family and friends when they visit. We had no problem giving Nanoo access to our home while we were gone as he is as honest as he is competent and dependable.

I can’t say enough good about Nanco and HGI! I did not have remodeling done but a number of smaller projects. This is always tricky for me as I have to travel quite a bit with work. Nanco came out, assessed the projects, and gave me a fair and professionally presented bid. The work was done in a timely manner and I was not there so updated me regularly with both texts and photos. My trust was well placed. He also has a keen eye for color and a simple suggestion on paint color was great! We hit a glitch with matching some outdoor paint and he stayed with till I was satisfied going above and beyond in doing so! Best contractor I’ve worked with in years!! HGI has been the best find for our total home remodel. Nanoo helped with structural needs but also has been unbelievably helpful with design suggestions. Remodeled whole house!! HGI was on time and fast, but took care of the tiniest details. Workman ship on tile and flooring was clean and professional. Resurfaced fireplace from old brick to beautiful new stone! Painting was neat and professional, no sloppy work. Fixtures were replaced and updated. Popcorn ceilings removed, new bathroom counters and fixtures. Design was as good as construction, maybe better. Could not have been happier. Project: Repaint kitchen/guest bath cabinets and install: granite counter tops, tile back splash, new sink and facet, vent hood, double oven and cabinet hardware. HGI Remodeling did a great job restoring our “40 something” year old kitchen cabinets and the granite counter tops and matching back splash are the highlights of our “new” kitchen. It is actually a joy to cook again! They breathed new life into our old cabinets with paint and beautifully detailed finishes. Given the extensive work needed on our cabinets, the job was timely and efficient. HGI did a four room remodel for us during the middle of the pandemic, and was able to complete the work in a timely manor. There were some supply problems that HGI could not avoid but stayed the course and completed the remodel within the budget. Considering the problems the pandemic created the job came out beautiful. HGI employees and contractors were professional and capable craftsman. HGI has followed up on all the work and has called to keep in touch and asked if there was anything needing attention.
